As President of the company, together with her sister Grace McKee and husband Rob, Elaine has guided McKee Homes through the many cycles of the Alberta economy. McKee Homes is now in its 31st year of business with primary markets in Airdrie and Crossfield, together with acreage home construction opportunities. The company takes great pride in contributing to the local community and truly being a part of the place they call home. McKee built properties are home to some 11,000 people.
Building a Legacy Business is something which requires time, effort, commitment to quality and integrity together with a clear mission and vision which is essential to be communicated through all levels of an organization. Elaine will take us through the steps which are integral to this process as well as the changes which need to be made and addressed as the plan unfolds, responding to demands of market and economy, but always staying true to the mission and vision.
